Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jpkok online casino and sports betting platform, operated at jpkok.org. By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jpkok platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. jpkok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jpkok support immediately.
jpkok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, underage use, or any activity that jpkok considers harmful to the platform or its user community. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
jpkok supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions. jpkok does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
The minimum deposit on jpkok is ৳500. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered jpkok account holder — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. jpkok may require account verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. Where a bonus is attached to a deposit, any applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled before withdrawal of the associated funds is permitted.
Deposits are typically credited to your jpkok wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but are generally completed within a few hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions. jpkok is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, banking system, or other third-party intermediaries outside jpkok's control.
Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities.
Any form of fraud, including but not limited to providing false registration information, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or exploiting technical errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, macros, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf is strictly prohibited. jpkok reserves the right to void any bets or winnings generated through automated means and to suspend the associated account without notice.
jpkok has a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and will cooperate fully with any investigation by relevant authorities. Any attempt to use the jpkok platform to launder money, process proceeds from illegal activities, or circumvent financial regulations applicable in Bangladesh or elsewhere will result in immediate account closure and reporting to authorities.

Limitation of jpkok's Liability

Changes to These Terms
jpkok may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, jpkok will endeavour to notify registered users by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting jpkok support.
